What We Believe
We believe that Jesus is the literal incarnation of the Lord God, our Father, on Earth, and as such, He is the only priest we need. His word is revealed through the Scriptures to all who can read and learn, for they will be saved. As it is written, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." He also speaks to us directly on a personal level as the Holy Spirit, guiding us so that we may emulate Jesus in our lives. Strong men accept His guidance and lead their families as Jesus leads them.
We believe that the world was created in six literal days, 5,784 years ago, and that for 6,000 years, the process of preparing the land will take place. At the rapidly approaching end of this period, Jesus will return as the rightful King of the entire Earth for a thousand years. We welcome the end of human reign and thus reject the authority of all human governments. Philippians 3:20-21 underscores that our true citizenship is in heaven, emphasizing that our ultimate allegiance is to God, not to the flawed and temporary governments of this world. Human authority is inherently fallible due to sin, while God's rule is eternal, perfect, and just. Therefore, our true home and government are in God's holy kingdom, not in the systems of man.
As fallen beings, humans lack the right or capacity to rule justly, and any human government is subordinate to God's divine authority. Laws that contradict God's will are invalid in the eyes of believers. This could support the idea of a temporary theocracy, where God's laws are upheld as closely as possible until Christ's return. At that time, Jesus will assume His rightful place as the ruler, ending the current age of human governance and establishing His perfect kingdom.
The concept of the Millennial Reign of Christ—a thousand-year "Sabbath"—illustrates this perfectly. Just as the weekly Sabbath represents a day of rest following six days of labor, the Millennial Reign symbolizes a period of divine rest, peace, and rule following the turbulent history of human governance. This reign of Christ will be a time of completion and restoration when God's perfect will is fully realized on Earth.
We acknowledge and accept that hard times will precede this end, which we wish to usher in, knowing that we will not be rescued before or during these tribulations. Those who fall for His name during this time will be rewarded in their resurrection. Those who reject Him will be incinerated by our Lord. Those who remain faithful will be honored to serve our Master for eternity in His holy city, which will descend from the sky to Earth as a holy dwelling after the adversary is finally destroyed.
